FAQ

Common questions, answered plainly.

If you don't see your question here, our advisory team is happy to answer it directly.

How is fractional ownership different from a jet card?

A jet card is a prepaid block of charter hours with no equity. Fractional ownership gives you a legal share in a specific aircraft, plus a guaranteed annual flight hour allotment.

What is the minimum share size?

Shares typically start at 1/16th of an aircraft. Your advisor will help size a share to your expected annual flight hours.

Can I upgrade from Membership to fractional ownership later?

Yes. Many members start with a Membership term to evaluate the fleet before committing to a fractional share.

How far in advance do I need to book a flight?

Notice windows vary by aircraft category and route, but are generally shorter than standard charter due to fleet positioning across our core network.

What happens at the end of my ownership term?

Each agreement includes a defined minimum term and a structured resale or buy-back process, agreed in writing before you purchase a share.

Are operators and crews independently certified?

Yes. All operating partners hold required regulatory certifications and undergo independent third-party safety audits — see our Safety page for details.
